Native Ferns:

Ferns are one of the more primitive plant forms. They reproduce by spores and appeared eons before the first flowering plants. Cultivated mainly for their attractive foliage, they vary greatly: from large to diminutive, sturdy to dainty, hardy to tropical. Some bear pseudo-flowers while others are fragrant. Some may be used as ground covers - these will be included in our Ground Covers category - while others may be grown as specimens, providing a focal point in a garden.
